Spiritual Alert Folks!
The truth is NOT hidden in plain sight! Why? Because Paul said in Ephesians 2:1, “As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins in which you used to live when you followed the ways of the world and of the ruler (Satan) of the kingdom of the air.” Remember, the whole world lies under the influence of the evil one, and the authors of Scripture understood this very well, which is why they repeat over and over again to live your lives as foreigners and exiles in this world, because we (believers in Christ) are not of this world! So, the last thing you can expect the enemy of this world to do is lay out the truth in plain sight! There is no truth in the devil and he will do anything to distort the truth and create false narratives through his distortion of the truth to deceive the people of God into believing his lies!! What’s even worse is that Satan uses those who reject God and uses those who don’t believe in Christ to spread his lies!!
So, be careful what you watch because the eye is the lamp of the body. Be careful what you listen to because the ears are the gateway to the mind. And, be careful who you hang with because bad company corrupts good habits! Remember, the spirit of the anti-Christ is working in those who are disobedient to God, and you have to be careful with such individuals because they are being used by Satan, and unfortunately, many of them don’t even know it! Our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of this dark world. We have to test every spirit to see whether they are from God, and we have to dig for the truth that’s hidden from plain sight! Don’t go believing whatever somebody else says, don’t go believing everything reported by the media, and don’t go believing everything that you click on your social timelines. Go study to show thyself approved! The greatest bait of the enemy is a gullible mind; for the lack of knowledge is destroying the people of God!! That’s why you have to dig for the truth, that’s why you have to get in your Word, and that’s why you have to put on the whole armor of God so that you can withstand the wiles of the devil!
This “Spiritual Alert” is in full effect until the coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
